Copyright Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users to do the same. We respond to clear, valid notices of alleged copyright infringement consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable law.
How to File a Takedown Notice
To file a notice, provide the following in writing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its location (URL or other specific reference) so we can locate it.
- Your contact information, including your full name, address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Email your notice to help@catchontv1.email with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice." We review and respond to valid notices promptly.
Counter-Notice
If you believe material was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake. We will review counter-notices and may restore the material if appropriate.
Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
